摘要
施工阶段面临复杂多变的地下环境,质量问题具有隐蔽性。在动态复杂的施工环境下,项目参与单位信息传递不及时,数据信息缺少管理,导致工程质量问题反馈不及时。经分析研究,提出采用BIM信息管理平台进行质量管理,基于BIM的质量管理注重数据信息的实效性、可视化,实现协同管理、精细化管理,最后将提出的方法应用到上海市周家嘴路隧道施工中,明显提高了质量管理的效率。
A complex underground environment is existed at construction stage,and quality problem is hidden. Under the dynamic complex construction environment,the project participation unit information delivery is not timely and the data information is lack of management,so the feedback of the project quality problem is not timely. Through analysis and research,BIM information management platform is applied for quality management. The quality management based on BIM pay attention to the effectiveness of data information,visualization,and the coordinated management,fine management is realized. Finally the method was applied to the Zhoujiazui road tunnel construction in Shanghai city,it significantly improves the efficiency of quality management.
