摘要
为解决京张高铁穿越北京主城区地质复杂、接口面多、风险大和环境保护要求高等隧道施工管理难题,从地质、主体结构和周边风险建筑物等多种三维模型参数化建模,生产数据、施工参数和风险监测等多源异构数据处理分析以及统一的建模编码体系等方面进行关键技术研究。采用基于WebGL为浏览器展示层的CarsView图形引擎技术,前后端分离架构进行研发铁路隧道施工BIM管理系统,并在国内首条铁路单洞双线、大直径、高风险的清华园隧道中成功实践应用,实现了进度优化调整、质量信息追溯、安全风险管控的目标,提升了隧道施工数字化、信息化与精益化管理水平,为探索建维一体化技术路线,打造工程建设全生命周期数据链条奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problems in tunnel construction through main urban area of Beijing under complicated geological conditions with more interface surface,high risk and environmental protection requirements for tunnel construction management,key technologies are studied by conducting 3 D modeling based on multiple parameters of geology,risk of the main structure and surrounding buildings,by performing processing analysis of production data,construction parameters and risk monitoring multi-source heterogeneous data,and by establishing unified model coding system.With WebGL-based show browser layer technology CarsView graphics engine technology and separated front and back side structure,railway tunnel construction management system is developed and applied in the Qinghuayuan Tunnel of the first single hole double-track in the domestic railway of large diameter and high risk.Schedule optimization adjustment,quality information traceback and safety risk control are achieved.Tunnel construction digitalization,informatization and precision management are improved.Thus,a foundation has been laid for integrated technical route and whole life cycle of engineering construction data chain.
