基于静态故障树的矿井提升机故障检测研究 被引量:4

摘要 矿井提升机在矿井生产中起着重要作用,但在运行过程中易发生各种故障,严重干扰了矿井的正常生产。为此,采取静态故障树分析法来分析提升机故障,实现快速检测故障,确定故障位置。本文以我国某矿提升机为例,介绍了矿井提升机中常见的故障类型及静态故障树分析方法,并通过静态故障树分析法分析了提升机过卷故障,再通过定性和定量分析确定底事件对顶事件的影响大小,以快速确定故障。 The mine hoist is easy to occur various faults in the process of operation,which seriously interferes with the normal production of the mine. To this end,the static fault tree analysis method is adopted to analyze the hoist fault,to achieve rapid detection of faults,determine the location of the fault. A coal mine hoist in our country is as an example,introduces the mine lifting machine common fault types and static fault tree analysis method,and through the static fault tree analysis method analysis of hoist over rolling fault,and through qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the influence of bottom event to top events,quickly identify the fault.
