摘要
柴油机的内部结构较为复杂,发生故障概率较高,针对柴油机在工作中容易出现故障,造成经济损失等问题,本文基于SOM网络以燃油系统常见的故障和柴油机运行状态建立模型,计算得出故障分类及诊断结果。使用MATLAB软件进行验证,结果表明在不同的训练步数下使用SOM网络能准确快速的对柴油机故障进行分类。
Diesel engine has complex internal structure and high probability of failure.Aiming at the problems of diesel engine prone to failure in operation and causing economic loss,this paper establishes a model based on SOM network for common faults of fuel system and operation state of diesel engine,and calculates the fault classification and diagnosis results.The validation with MATLAB software shows that the SOM network can accurately and quickly classify diesel engine faults under different training steps.
