p38MAPK信号通路介导多种转移相关基因表达调控

摘要 目的:探究p38MAPK信号通路介导在鼻息肉发病机制中相关基因调控作用.方法:随机选取安徽省宿州市第三人民医院2014-06/2015-08收治的诊断为鼻息肉的35例患者,获取其组织标本,同时随机选取15例正常者获取其组织标本,使用化学S-P法对两组组织标本中p38MAPK、TNF-α、P-p38MAPK进行检测,观察两组活性表达程度.结果:正常者粘膜上皮、腺体、灰度、阳性面积中p38MAPK、TNF-α、P-p38MAPK表达均少于鼻息肉者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:鼻息肉患者中p38MAPK、TNF-α含量较多,我们推测p38MAPK信号通路通过介导TNF-α表达引发疾病,但由于数据有限,仍需进一步研究. AIM: To investigate p38 MAPK signal pathways mediating role in the regulation of genes related to pathogenesis of nasal polyps. METHODS: A total of 35 cases of patients with nasal polyps admitted into Third People's Hospital of Suzhou from June 2014 to August 2015 were randomly selected as objects of study,and their tissue specimens were taken,meanwhile tissue specimens of 15 normal subjects were chosen as controls.p38MAPK、TNF-α、P-p38 MAPK in tissue specimens of two groups were tested by chemical S-P detection method,and activity levels of two groups were observed. RESULTS: p38MAPK、TNF-α、P-p38 MAPK expression of normal epithelium and glands,grayscale,positive area were less than those patients with nasal polyps,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: Patients with nasal polyps have high content of p38MAPK、TNF-α,therefore we speculate that p38 MAPK signal pathways could cause disease through mediation of TNF-α expression. However,because of the limited data,further studies should be needed.
