摘要
目的 观察腺苷蛋氨酸对乙肝合并抑郁症患者肝功能与蛋白代谢的影响。方法选择2014年6月-2015年12月期间本院诊治的66例乙肝合并抑郁症患者为研究对象,将66例患者按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组的33例患者进行常规治疗,观察组的33例患者则在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后不同时间的肝功能与蛋白代谢指标。结果 治疗前两组患者的肝功能与蛋白代谢指标均无明显差异（P均〉0.05）,而治疗后不同时间观察组的肝功能与蛋白代谢指标均显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论 腺苷蛋氨酸对乙肝合并抑郁症患者肝功能与蛋白代谢的影响更为积极,对于乙肝合并抑郁症患者具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study and observe the influence state of adenosylmethionine for the liver function and pro-teometabolism of patients with hepatitis B combined with depression. Methods A total of 66 patients with hepatitis B combined with depression in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study object,and 66 patients were divided into two groups according to the differences of treatment methods, 33 patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, 33 patients in observation group were treated with adenosylmethionine on the basic treatment of control group, then the liver function and proteometabolism indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. Results There were no differences of the liver function and proteometabolism indexes of two groups before the treatment（all P〉0.05 ）,while the liver function and pro- teometabolism indexes of observation group at different time after the treatment were significantly better than that in the control group, there were significant differences of the two groups after the treatment （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The in- fluence of adenosylmethionine for the liver function and proteometabolism of patients with hepatitis B combined with depression is more active,and its clinical application value for the patients with hepatitis B combined with depression is higher.
