摘要
考察了以4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)作为显色剂,用双波长分光光度法同时测定电镀液中的钴和镍的最佳实验条件。在pH=8.0的氯化铵-氨水缓冲溶液中,以λmax,Co=512 nm,λ参比,Co=482 nm为测定钴的波长对,Co的线性方程为y=0.0907x-0.0162,线性范围为8.00~22.00μg/25 mL;以λmax,Ni=496 nm,λ参比,Ni=526 nm为测定镍的波长对,Ni的线性方程为y=0.3632x+0.0197,线性范围为4.00~14.00μg/25 mL。对电镀液进行加标回收实验结果表明,该方法精密度高,结果准确,令人满意。
The best experimentation condition to make a simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel in alloy electrolyting so- lution by the dual - wavelength spectrophotometry with PAR as chromogenic regent was found out. In a solution of NH3 · H2O - NH4Cl buffer at pH = 8.0, the optimum spectrometric conditions of cobalt and nickel with PAR were studied by orthogonal design, and the result was satisfactory. The determination wavelength and reference wavelength were λmax.Co =512 nm,λCo =482 nm for cobalt and λmax.Ni = 496 nm, λNi = 526 nm for nickel. At these wavelength, the linear equation and linear range of y = 0.0907x - 0. 0162 and 8.00 -22.00 μg/25 mL of cobalt and the linear equation and linear range of y = 0. 3632x + 0.0197and 4.00 - 14.00 μg/25 mL of nickel. Alloy electrolyting sample were determined by the proposed method. This method has been applied successfully to analyse alloy electrolyting solution.
