摘要
近年来动物源食品安全问题日益成为社会、政府关注的焦点之一,动物源食品中的兽药残留严重危害环境和人体健康。QuEChERS样品前处理方法具有快速、简单、环境友好等诸多优点,近年与液质联用相结合用于兽药残留的快速、高通量检测。文章对QuEChERS在兽药残留前处理的应用进展进行一个简单的总结。
Animal food safety problem has become a focus of society and government in recent years, which is serious harmful both to the human＇s body and environment due to veterinary drug residues in animal derived food. QuEChERS sample pretreatment method has many advantages, such as fast. simple, environment friendly and so on. In the last decade, the combination of QuEChERS and LC-MS/MS was often used for the rapid, high-throughput detection of veterinary drug residues. In the paper, a simple summary of the application of QuEChERS in veterinary drug residue sample preparation was carried out.
