摘要
目的分析变应原脱敏治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的300例儿童过敏性鼻炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用变应原脱敏进行治疗,观察分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的74.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的随访复发率为54.67%,显著低于对照组的88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用变应原脱敏治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎,有利于缓解临床症状,减轻患儿身心痛苦,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of allergen desensitization therapy in the treatment of children with allergicrhinitis. Methods 300 cases of children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected andrandomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received conventionaldrug treatment, while the observation group received allergen desensitization therapy on this basis. The treatment effects of two groups wereobserved and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%, significantly higher than 74.67% of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate during follow-up of observation group was 54.67%, significantly lower than 88.00%of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The allergen desensitization therapy in the treatment of children withallergic rhinitis helps to relieve clinical symptoms, reduce the physical and psychological pain of children and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
