摘要
目的探究在妇科单孔腹腔镜手术护理中应用快速康复理念的效果。方法随机将2017年2月—2019年2月医院妇科50例行单孔腹腔镜手术的患者分为对照组(25例,应用常规护理)、试验组(25例,应用快速康复理念进行护理干预)。对比两组术后首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、疼痛评分、住院时间及满意度。结果试验组术后首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均较对照组更短,P<0.05;试验组术后24 h、术后36 h、术后48 h、术后72 h疼痛评分均较对照组更低,P<0.05;试验组满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(68.00%),P<0.05。结论在妇科单孔腹腔镜手术护理中应用快速康复理念十分可行,效果较佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying rapid rehabilitation concept in the nursing of gynecological single-hole laparoscopic surgery.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,50 patients undergoing single-port laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were divided into control group(25 cases,applied routine nursing)and experimental group(25 cases,applying rapid rehabilitation concept for nursing intervention).The first exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed,the pain score,the length of hospital stay,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed and the hospital stay were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,P<0.05.The pain scores of the experimental group were 24 h after operation,36 h after operation,48 h after operation and 72 h after operation.The control group was lower,P<0.05;the experimental group satisfaction(96.00%)was higher than the control group(68.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing of gynecological single-port laparoscopic surgery is very feasible and the effect is better.
