摘要
目的评价0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗硬化性苔藓(LS)的疗效及安全性。方法 30例硬化性萎缩性苔藓患者局部外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,所有患者在治疗前和治疗3、6个月后进行评分和比较,对比前后疗效的差异性。结果 95.83%的患者对治疗有应答,疗程16周时的完全缓解率高于疗程8周时;病程短于1年的患者疗效高于病程超过1年的患者,停药后6个月的复发率高于停药3个月时,自身前后数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗硬化性萎缩性苔藓安全、有效。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of lichen sclerosis.Methods 30 cases of lichen sclerosis were treated with topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment. Al the patients were scored prior to treatment,3-month and 6-month after treatment,and then compared the efficacy difference.Results 95.83% of the patients responsed to the treatment. Complete response rate for the 16-week’s duration was higher than the 8-week’s duration. The efficacy for the patients with history less than one year was better than that more than one year,6-month’s relapse rate after treatment was higher than the 3-month’s. There were statisticaly differences between the data（P〈0.05）.Conclusion0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of lichen sclerosis is effective and safe.
