摘要
目的：观察并分析阿莫西林联合甲硝唑对单纯性牙周炎进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院在2013年5月-2016年1月收治的200例单纯性牙周炎患者为观察组和对照组，每组100例，对照组患者配合常规治疗方法进行治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予阿莫西林和甲硝唑进行联合治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组，两组患者进行比较，差异有统计学意义， P＜0.05。结论为患者联合阿莫西林和甲硝唑进行治疗，能够缓解患者的牙痛情况。
ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with metronidazole in the treatment of simple periodontitis. Methods In our hospital from May 2013 to January 2016,200 cases of simple periodontitis patients as the observation group and the control group,each group of 100 cases,patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,the patients in observation group were treated with amoxicillin and metronidazole on the basis of routine treatment,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,two groups of patients were compared,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.ConclusionFor the treatment of patients with amoxicillin and metronidazole, can obviously relieve toothache patients.
