摘要
目的探讨钽棒与髓芯减压植骨治疗早中期股骨头坏死的效果。方法将90例早中期股骨头坏死患者随机分组,钽棒组(n=45)行钽棒植入治疗,植骨组(n=45)则接受髓芯减压植骨治疗,对比两组疗效。结果钽棒组术后的Harris评分、生活质量评分均高于植骨组(均P<0.05)。结论钽棒植入治疗早中期股骨头坏死的效果肯定。
Objective Discussion on tantalum rod with core decompression for the treatment of early and mid osteonecrosis of femoral head.Methods90 patients with early and mid femoral head necrosis in patients were randomized selected,tantalum rod group（n=45）of tantalum rod implant treatment,bone graft group（n=45）receiving the core decompression treatment,comparative efficacy of two groups.Results Tantalum rod postoperative Harris hip score,quality of life scores were significantly higher than graft group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tantalum rod implantation in the treatment of early and mid osteonecrosis of femoral head are worth learning.
