摘要
随着国家医疗卫生事业的发展和医疗水平的提升,国家和人民对医院后勤管理的工作也提出了更高的要求。本文首先分析了目前医院后勤管理工作中存在的种种问题,进而根据问题结合实际提出了有效处理医院后勤管理工作的措施,旨在帮助医院更好的做好自身的后勤管理工作,帮助医院进一步的发展。
With the development of the national health service and the improvement of medical treatment level,the state and the people have put forward higher request to the hospital logistics management. At first,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current work of hospital logistics management,and according to the problems with practice,it puts forward the measures of effective treatment of hospital logistics management problems,to help better hospital to do a good job in their own logistics management,help medical hospital for further development.
