发动机生产废水处理工程改造及回用

Upgrading of Treatment Project of Wastewater from Engine Manufacturing and Wastewater Reuse

摘要 某发动机有限公司污水站改造后,实际处理水量为450 m^3/d,设计出水水质执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。主要介绍了污水处理系统改造和运行情况,通过采用新增物化调节池滗油、新增反应池、初沉池、涡凹气浮等物化系统,对生化系统进行改造并新增中水回用系统,解决了污水处理以及回用的问题。改造后工程经过半年的连续运行,实现了出水达标以及回用的设计要求。 After the upgrading of wastewater treatment station of an engine Co. Ltd., the actual treatment capacity is 450 ma/d, and the effluent quality is required to meet the first class criteria speci- fied in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The upgrading and operation of wastewater treatment system were introduced. The biochemical treatment system was upgraded by adding equalization tank, flocculation reaction tank, primary sedimentation tank and CAF, and the reclaimed water reuse system was added to solved the problems of wastewater treatment and reuse. After the contin- uous operation for 6 months, the design requirements that the effluent should meet the discharge standard and could be reused were achieved.
