摘要
采用铁碳微电解法对武汉经济技术开发区某汽车配件加工企业产生的水基切削废液进行处理,通过控制变量法,考察了搅拌方式、反应时间、pH值、铁碳投加量、铁碳质量比等因素对废液COD去除率的影响。结果表明:采用曝气搅拌,在反应时间为60min、pH值为1.0、铁碳投加量为0.12g·mL-1、铁碳质量比为1∶1的条件下,水基切削废液COD去除率达80%。
The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis method was used to treat water-based cutting fluid waste from an automobile fittings processing factory in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Effects of stirring mode, reaction time, pH value,iron-carbon dosage, mass ratio of iron-carbon on the treatment efficiency were investigated and the optimum treatment conditions were obtained through the variable-controlling experi- ment. Results showed that the COD removal rate of water-based cutting fluid waste could approach 80% when the reaction time was 60 min,the pH value was 1.0,the iron-carbon dosage was 0.12 g · mL-1 ,the mas ratio of iron-carbon was 1 : 1.
