摘要
随着我国经济增长方式转变及生物医药产业转型升级步伐的加快,地方高校药学相关专业人才培养质量的要求也越来越高。当前地方高校现有的人才培养模式已经不能很好地适应社会发展的需求。基于对地方生物医药企业反馈的调查问卷,围绕药学专业人才培养与地方本科院校转型进行深入分析与探讨。
With the change of economic growth mode and the accelerating pace of the transformation and upgrading of the bio-phannaceutical industry, the industry needs graduates with better qualifications. But the existing personnel training mode in local colleges and universities can not meet the needs of social development. Based on the questionnaire survey on the feedback of the bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper discusses the personnel training of Pharmacy, and the transformation of the local colleges and universities.
