摘要
医药卫生事业的迅猛发展,在给高等医药院校等机构于培养药学人才方面提供发展基础的同时,也对其如何培养与时俱进的高等药学人才提出了新要求。中国计量学院药学系在教学管理体制上锐意创新,针对发展形势,借鉴国外优秀的教学经验,结合学校办学特色,以药物计量学等新课程为背景,对药学综合实验进行有益改革,提出"三种思维、三种能力"教学模式,以培养适应社会发展的高等药学人才。
In accordance with the general rapid advancement of living standard in our country,the Medicine and Health sector has also been undergoing tremendous development,which results in more and more requirement of special talenst in Medicine.This situation,on one hand,laid solid foundation for the improvement of the pharmaceutical professionals,on the other hand,it put forward some new demand on holding the destination.Fully developing the characteristics and predominance of China Jiliang university in terms of metrology,cultivation mode for pharmaceutical practitioners with pharmacometrics was constructed and put into practice.Teaching model of ＂Three kinds of thinking,three kinds of capacity＂ reform of the comprehensive experiments can train the pharmaceutical talents into ones who can go with the trend that meet the requirements of the social and economic development.
