自体颗粒脂肪注射改善皮肤瘢痕的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 瘢痕组织作为一种修复异常的表现,不仅影响患者外观,且可导致组织器官的移位变形及功能障碍。自体脂肪移植在再生医学中的广泛应用为瘢痕治疗提供良好的方法。近年来,已有研究将自体脂肪注射用于瘢痕的治疗,并成功改善患者症状及外观。文中就自体颗粒脂肪注射改善瘢痕的应用、治疗效果以及机制研究等方面进行综述。 The scar tissue, resulting from aberrant process of wound healing, can bring about cosmetic deformeties and functional limitation, even the displacement of tissues and organs. The widely use of autologous fat graft in regenerative medicine offers a relatively new option for scar treatment. Lipofilling has improved symptoms and appearance of sears in several studies. The application, therapeutic effect and mechanism research of autologous fat graft for scar treatment are summarized in this paper.
