摘要
选取土槿皮中活性成分土槿甲酸和土槿乙酸为研究对象,采用牛津杯法检测其对革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性细菌大肠杆菌的抗菌活性,并采用MTT法检测土槿甲酸和土槿乙酸对人胃癌BGC-823细胞及人肝癌HepG-2细胞的抗肿瘤活性.结果:土槿甲酸和土槿乙酸对人胃癌BGC-823细胞及人肝癌HepG-2细胞均有显著的体外抑制增殖作用.其中土槿甲酸对革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌有显著的抑菌活性,对大肠杆菌无抑制作用.土槿乙酸对两种细菌均无抑制作用.
Aim:Biological activities of Pseudolaric acid A(PAA) and Pseudolaric acid B(PAB) were studied. Methods:Oxford cup method was used to evaluate the anti-bacteria acitivity of gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli. M'IT assay was used to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of BGC-823 and HepG-2. Results:PAA and PAB both had obvious inhibitory effects to BGC-823 and HepG-2 tumor cells. PAA only had inhibitory effect to gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus,but not to gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli. While PAB had no inhibitory effect to both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
