摘要
介绍了电力系统稳定器(PSS)的工作原理和参数整定原则。分析了基于径向基(RBF)神经网络的特点,提出了基于RBF神经网络整定PSS参数的方法。详细阐述了神经网络的创建、训练和输出PSS参数结果的过程。最后的现场整定试验和仿真结果都表明RBF神经网络确定的PSS参数是可靠的。
The operating principle of power system stabilazer( PSS) and parameter setting rules are introduced. After analysis,the characteristics of radial basis function( RBF) neural network,the method based on RBF neural network to setting the parameter of PSS is given. The way for establishing and training of neural network and the procedure for outputting the results of PSS parameter are proposed. Finally,the rezults of field experiment and simulation show that the parameter given by RBF neural network is reliable.
