摘要 某含铅钼矿石工业类型为破碎石英岩(脉)钼矿石,矿石中辉钼矿粒度微细,方铅矿粒度相对较粗,辉钼矿与方铅矿及石英关系密切,与方铅矿呈互相包含关系。本文针对矿石性质,结合探索试验,最终采用钼铅优先浮选工艺处理该矿石,得到钼品位41.23%、回收率82.66%的钼精矿,铅品位56.81%、回收率56.87%的铅精矿。 A lead-bearing molybdenum ore is cataclastic rock and quartz veins-type ore. Molybdenite disseminated extent a finer and more close relationship with the quartz and galena, and conclude each othe with galena in the ore. Galena disseminated extent have coarse. Based on the molybdenum ore property, The flowsheet of selective flotation was adopted. The index can be obtained with molybdenum concentrate grade of 41.23% and recovery rate of 82. 66%, lead concentrate grade is 56. 81% with 56.87% lead recovery.
