摘要
在碱性介质中,阿昔洛韦对Ni(Ⅳ)配合物-鲁米诺化学发光体系有显著抑制作用,且其抑制程度与阿昔洛韦浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系。据此,建立了Ni(Ⅳ)配合物-鲁米诺化学发光体系检测阿昔洛韦的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,阿昔洛韦质量浓度在50~1200μg/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为ΔI=5.950ρ+184.6,r=0.9988;检出限(S/N=3)为0.03 mg/L;对浓度为1.0 mg/L阿昔洛韦进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%。将建立的方法应用于阿昔洛韦滴眼液和注射液中阿昔洛韦的测定,探讨了有关发光机理。
In the alkaline medium,acyclovir has significant inhibitory effect on Ni(Ⅳ) complex- luminol chemiluminescence(CL) system,and the inhibitory intensity showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of acyclovir within limits. Accordingly,a new method was established for the detection of acyclovir coupled with Ni(Ⅳ) complex- luminol CL system. Under the optimum conditions,the concentration of acyclovir showed a good linear relationship with the intensity of chemical luminescence in the range of 50 ~1200 μg/L. The regression equation was ΔI = 5. 950 c + 184. 6,r = 0. 9988. The detection limit(S/N = 3)was 0. 03 mg/L with a relative standard deviation(n = 11) of 1. 9% for 1. 0 mg/L acyclovir. This method is simple,rapid,reagent saving,and easy realization of automation,which can be used for quality control of acyclovir preparations.
