摘要
目的:建立测定石杉碱甲的流动注射化学发光法。方法:在碱性介质中,石杉碱甲对鲁米诺-Ag(Ⅲ)化学发光体系有显著的增敏作用,建立了化学发光检测石杉碱甲的新方法。结果:在优化的条件下,石杉碱甲浓度在1.0×10-8~5.0×10-7mol·L-1范围内与化学发光强度呈线性关系;对浓度为2.0×10-7 mol·L-1的石杉碱甲溶液11次平行测定的RSD为2.6%;检出限为8.0×10-9 mol·L-1。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于药物制剂中石杉碱甲的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a novel chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of huperzine A.Method:Based on the fact that huperzine A could dramatically enhance the CL reaction of luminol with Ag(Ⅲ) complex in alkaline solution,a novel method for the determination of huperzine A was established.Results:Under optimum conditions,CL intensities were proportional to the concentration of huperzine A in the 1.0×10-8-5.0×10-7 mol·L-1 range.The detection limit was 8.0×10-9 mol·L-1,with a relative standard deviation(n=11) of 2.6% for 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L-1 huperzine A.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,and sensitive for the determination of huperzine A in tablets.
