摘要
通过分析热处理工艺对导向滑靴力学性能的影响可知,随着回火温度的升高,导向滑靴的抗拉强度和硬度逐渐降低,磨损量增大;利用不同介质淬火及回火处理后,淬硬层深度从15 mm增加到28 mm;通过扫描电镜分析显示,经过200℃回火处理后的试样磨损形貌耐磨性能均比较优异。
The influence of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of the oriented slipper was studied. The results showed: with the rise of tempering temperature, the tensile strength and hardness decreased, and wear loss increased; after quenching and tempering with various media, the hardened layer depth increased from 15 mm to 28 mm; SEM analysis results showed the wear morphology and wear resistance performance of the tempered test sample were excellent.
