摘要
本文研究了一种高碳含硅低合金钢经等温处理获得的新型奥氏体-贝氏体双相组织特征,并将其与常规类型组织进行了比较。分析了等温转变温度对组织及力学性能的影响。提示了该新型双相组织超高强度钢的强化机理。
The microstructural characteristics of the advanced dual phase structure of austenite and bainite obtained in a high carbon silicon-containing low alloy steel, isothermally transformed, have been investigated and compared with that of the conventional types of microstructures. The influence of the isothermal transformation temperatures on the microstructures and the mechanical properties of the steel has been examined. Therefore, the strengthening mechanism of the new dual phase steel with ultra-high strength has been revealed.
