摘要
目的 :了解我国国家自然科学基金对卫生技术评估(HTA)项目的资助及支持情况。方法 :检索国家自然科学基金委员会网站,通过双盲的形式从中筛选出2009—2013年的HTA项目,并对其进行统计分析。结果:2009—2013年,国家自然科学基金历年资助HTA项目的数量、金额、项目类型以及研究机构分布数量都有不同程度的增长。结论 :国家自然科学基金对HTA领域的研究项目、资助金额、研究机构数量以及成果转化方面的资助力度有所增强,但与其它学科之间还存在一定的差距。建议加强研究机构的能力建设,提升HTA学科影响力。
Objective： To get knowledge of the current development of health technology assessment （ HTA ）, a study was conducted from the perspective of National Natural Science Foundation of China （ NSFC ）. Methods： HTA programs funded by NSFC were identified from the website of the Internet-based Science Information System from 2009 to 2013. Results： From 2009 to 2013, the number of HTA programs, funding amount and research institutes grew gradually. Conclusion： Several indicators such as HTA programs, funding amount, research institutes and knowledge translations suggest that HTA research is gaining strength by the NSFC, while the gap still exits comparing with other subjects. The proposals in the study include the promotion of HTA capacity building and discipline influence.
