城市核心地段钢筋混凝土内支撑爆破降尘措施 被引量:4

Dust-reduction Measures of Explosive Demolition of Reinforced Concrete Inner Supporting in Urban Core Area

摘要 粉尘污染是城市中爆破拆除的一大危害,它直接影响爆破拆除在城市建设中的推广应用。在帝斯曼国际中心项目深基坑支撑梁爆破拆除施工中,采用现场试验的方法,在深基坑内支撑爆破工程中利用粉尘浓度仪分别测试了不采用降尘措施和采用多种不同降尘措施后15 min内爆破粉尘浓度,共进行3次试验,第一次采取铺设水袋,开启降尘喷雾系统,15 min后粉尘浓度降为8.9 mg/m3;第二次在第一次的基础上增加风送式喷雾降尘机,15 min后粉尘浓度降为4.1 mg/m3;第三次将在第二次的基础上增加洒水车,15 min后粉尘浓度降为1.27 mg/m3。爆破完成后,对测试结果进行了比较和分析,结果表明:采取设置水袋、降尘喷雾系统及风送式降尘炮及洒水车综合作用,降尘速度快,降尘效果最好,对于城市闹市中心深基坑钢筋混凝土爆破工程,适宜采取此种综合方式降尘。 Dust pollution is one of the major hazards of explosive demolition in city, which directly influences its extending application in urban construction. In DSM international center project, field testing method with dust concentration determinator was applied to measure the dust concentration of blasting demolition in 15 minutes after applying different measurements for dust reduction. For the first time, 15 minutes after the water bags breaking, the dust concentration reduced to 8.9 mg/m3. For the second time ,wind spray dust machine was applied on the basis of water spray, 15 minutes later,the dust concentration reduced to 4.1 mg/m3. For the third time,watering cart was applied on the basis of wind spray, the dust concentration reduced to 1.27 mg/m3. The testing results show that the best effect on dust suppressing can be obtained by using compound method with water bags, lowering dust spray system, wind spray dust machine and watering cart together. Therefore, for the reinforced concrete explosive demolition process of the downtown foundation pit, it's suitable to suppress dust by applying such an integrated approach.
