摘要
铁四院总部设计大楼基坑位于铁四院总部建筑群内,邻近信息中心。支撑梁爆破总方量为1400 m3,拆除工期紧,计算机硬盘对振动控制的要求又十分苛刻,所以采取预切割和爆破振动监测技术相结合的方法将支撑梁爆破拆除。对支撑梁预切割前后的爆破振动监测结果对比分析后,选用合理的爆破参数和爆破网路,将邻近信息中心侧的支撑梁爆破拆除。不宜进行封闭式防护的情况时,采用近体防护、调整装药结构、孔内微差起爆的技术,控制爆破飞石。支撑梁预拆除后爆破振动速度降低约60%,计算机服务器正常运行未受到爆破振动影响。
The foundation pit of headquarters building in China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co Ltd is located in building group and adjacent to the information center. Owing to the total volume of support beams rea- ches to 1400 m3 and the tight project duration, moreover, the computer hard disk is strict in the blasting vibration control, then the pre-cutting and blasting monitoring vibration technology was taken to demolish the support beam. By analyzing different results of blasting monitoring vibration before and after pre-cutting, the reasonable blast parameters and blasting network were chosen to tear down the support beams adjacent to the information center. Due to the diffi- cuhy in arranging a close protection, the charging structure and millisecond delay blasting technology in hole were used to control the blasting flying rocks. After pre-cutting, the blasting vibration velocity reduced about 60%, and the computer server was not affected by blasting vibration.
