摘要
复杂环境下的高层群楼爆破拆除技术是城镇化建设中亟需解决的问题。结合茅台钟楼爆破拆除工程经验,对原茅台酒厂三栋高层建筑物群楼进行精细化爆破拆除。通过理论计算和数值模拟实现了群楼建筑爆破拆除倒塌过程与振动效应的精确预测,在3-6层、12-14层取切口,9、16、17层设置爆破“铰链”,爆破切口形成原地坍塌,验算了爆破倒塌范围。通过现场试验确定了茅台酒厂酒坛的防控标准为39.27 cm/s,采取针对性的防护措施保证了茅台酒厂酒坛的安全无损。采用数码电子雷管实现了爆破网路的精确控制,提高了爆破施工效率,实现了在极复杂环境下高层剪力墙结构体的安全爆破拆除。
The explosive demolition of high rise buildings in complex environment is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of urbanization. Combined with the research of Moutai bell tower blasting, the former three highrise buildings of Moutai winery were demolished by explosive. The accurate prediction of the collapse process and vibration effect of blasting demolition of a building is realized by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. There are blasting cutting in 3 -6 layer,12 to 14 layers,and there are "blasting hinge" in 9,16,17 layer,the blasting cutting made the collapsing of building in situ, and controlled checking the blasting the collapse range. Through the field test to determine the Moutai distillery jars of wine, the prevention and control standards of blasting vibration is 39.27 cm/s. The adopted protective measures ensures the Moutai distillery jars of wine in the safe and non-inva- sive, the digital electronic detonator is adopted to achieve precise control of blasting network, and improves the blasting construction efficiency,which realized the safety of explosive demolition in very complex environment.
