摘要
折叠爆破已成为拆除高层建筑物的主要手段,通过多个典型工程案例分析和多刚体动力学模拟,分别对“单向折叠”和“双向折叠”两种模式的关键参数进行了探讨。结果表明:单向折叠爆破的爆破切口取2~3个为宜,并采用“自上而下”起爆顺序,爆破切口间的起爆时差应小于切口闭合时间;双向折叠切口数量应符合各段高宽比不小于1的原则,并应根据倒塌场地灵活布置切口位置、确定切口高度和切口方向,应采用“自上而下”的起爆顺序,并需通过分析各段失稳状态、切口闭合状态以及下落运动状态来计算确定最佳起爆时差。工程实践中,单向或双向折叠爆破模式均应根据倒塌空间和楼体的高宽比等条件综合对比确定。
The folding blasting has become the main method to demolish the high-rise building, some technique issues of unidirectional and bidirectional folding blasting technique were discussed based on the analysis of some projects and some simulation on multi rigid body. The results show that, the blasting cuts of unidirectional folding blasting is 2 - 3, and the ignition order is from up to down, meanwhile, the delayed time between two blasting cuts should shorter than the closure time of upper gap. The blasting cuts of bidirectional folding blasting should make the height to width aspect ratio of building section between two gaps bigger than 1, and the location, height and direction of the blasting cuts should be considered based on the collapse space firstly. Besides,the ignition order also be from up to down, and the optimum delayed time should be chosen according to the gap conditions and collapse conditions of the building. In engineering practice, the unidirectional or bidirectional folding blasting models should be chosen considering the spacing and height to width aspect ratio of building.
