二价阳离子对疏水缔合聚合物溶液性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 利用黏度测试、拉伸流变测试和过滤因子测试考察了二价阳离子对疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAPAM)溶液黏度、拉伸行为和溶液均匀性的影响。实验结果表明,钙镁离子对HAPAM溶液黏度的影响没有明显规律;缔合温度随总矿化度(TDS)的增大而下降。固定Na Cl含量时,随ρ(Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+))的增大,缔合温度下降;固定TDS时,随ρ(Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+))的增大,缔合温度升高。当Na Cl含量不变时,加入钙镁离子会使溶液的弹性降低,ρ(Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+))=7 000 mg/L时,HAPAM溶液弹性较好。TDS不变时,ρ(Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+))较低的HAPAM溶液弹性较小。溶液中的微凝胶含量影响溶液的流动性能。HAPAM溶液适合的油藏条件为:温度高于80℃、TDS在120 000~200 000 mg/L范围内、钙镁离子总量不高于10 000 mg/L。 The effects of divalent cations on the viscosity,elastisity,and homogeneity of hydrophobic association polyacrylamide(HAPAM) solution were investigated by means of rotary rheometer,extensional rheometer and filter factor tester. The results indicated that,there was no obvious regularity about the influences of Ca2+and Mg2+on the solution viscosity;the association temperature would drop when the total degree of salinity(TDS) increased;whenρ(NaCl) was fixed, the association temperature would drop with increasing ρ(Ca2++Mg2+);the association temperature would rise with increasingρ(Ca2++Mg2+) when TDS was fixed;whenρ(NaCl) was fixed,the addition of Ca2+and Mg2+would reduce the elastisity of the solution;the elastisity was good atρ(Ca2++Mg2+) 7 000 mg/L;when TDS was fixed,the lower the ρ(Ca2++Mg2+),the lower the elastisity of the solution. The content of gel in the solution could influence the flowability of the solution. The suitable conditions of oil fields for the application of HAPAM are:temperature of higher than 80℃,TDS of 120 000-200 000 mg/L andρ(Ca2++Mg2+) of lower than 10 000 mg/L.
