摘要
本文研究了不同类型聚丙烯酰胺的溶解,测定了溶解活化能,研究了添加剂、颗粒大小、分子量和温度对聚丙烯酰胺在水中的溶解速度的影响,为制备溶解性能良好的聚丙烯酰胺提供了理论依据。
The dissolution of granular polyacrylamides of different type (nonionic,anionic,and cationic) is studied and the activation energy of their dissolving is determined.The influen- ces of emulsifier residues on polymer particles,additives specially introduced,concentration of ionizable groups in polymer chains(degree of hydrolysis in particular),polymer molecular weight,particle size,and dissolution temperature on the dissolving rate of PAMs in water are studied and discussed on the basis of theoretical treatments presented in part Ⅰ of this study.The factors favorable for rapid dissolution of PAMs are concluded as follows: introduction of some ionizable groups in polymer chains;addition of hydrophilic surfactants to the polymer;presence of low-molecular homologue amides in the polymer;and decrease of the particle size.
