凝血检验危急值用于重症新生儿病情预测的价值分析被引量：11

摘要重症新生儿各系统和器官功能均未发育完全,凝血功能系统未见成熟,所以重症新生儿常常处于低体温、缺氧、感染、高代谢以及严重酸中毒等生理病理状态,在许多致病因子影响下,机体会分泌和释放大量炎症介质和细胞因子,如白细胞介素（IL）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）,从而导致一系列炎症反应和免疫系统紊乱等[1]。对重症新生患儿各项凝血指标进行检测可全面了解和掌握患者具体病情变化,进而减少重症新生儿的病死率。
