尿视黄醇结合蛋白和N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶联合检测对2型糖尿病肾病的诊断价值 被引量:5

The value of combined detection of urinary retinol binding protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)联合检测对2型糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法选择本院2014年9月至2015年12月确诊的2型糖尿病患者75例,其中单纯糖尿病组43例,糖尿病肾病组32例,以40名同期健康体检者作为健康对照组,采用迪瑞CS-T200全自动生化分析仪分别检测3组研究对象尿RBP和NAG的含量,对检测结果进行统计学分析处理。结果①3组对象的尿RBP和NAG值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);②糖尿病肾病组的尿RBP和NAG含量与单纯糖尿病组及健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05,q值介于5.20~13.07之间),单纯糖尿病组的尿NAG与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);③尿RBP和NAG联合检测可明显提高2型糖尿病肾病的诊断率。结论尿RBP和NAG联合检测对2型糖尿病肾病的早期诊断有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of urinary retinol binding protein(RBP)and urinary N-acetyl β-D- Glucosaminidase(NAG) combined detection of type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Seventyfive cases type 2 diabetes confirmed were selected from September 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital,of which 43 cases simple diabetic group,diabetic nephropathy group 32 cases,40 cases of healthy volunteers as control group,using Dirui CS-T 200 automatic biochemical analyzer in three groups of subjects of urinary RBP and NAG respectively. The results were analyzed statistically. Results ① Urinary RBP and NAG values of the three groups was statistically significant different(P〈0.05);② Diabetic nephropathy urine RBP and NAG content with the simple diabetes group and normal control group,the difference had statistical significance(P〈 0.05,q value between 5.20 ~13.07),Urinary NAG simple diabetic group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);③ Urinary RBP and NAG joint detection could significantly improve the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion Combined detection of urinary RBP and NAG has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
