摘要
以四川省各市(州)为研究对象,通过梳理国内外相关文献并结合各区域实际情况构建出包含5个一级指标、15项二级指标组成的四川省区域农业竞争力评价指标体系。运用因子分析法提取出农业生产力、农村居民生活水平、农业规模和农业结构4个公因子并对各地市农业竞争力排序,而后依据上述4个公因子利用系统聚类分析法对四川省21市(州)的农业竞争力进行了分类。基于2014年统计年鉴的研究结果表明:四川省各市(州)按照农业竞争力水平情况可分为4类,其中成都市农业发展状况最好,甘孜州和阿坝州的农业竞争力最弱,与因子分析排序结果基本一致。最后,针对增强四川省农业竞争力提出了一系列相关措施与建议。
Taking 21 cities (prefectures) of Sichuan province as the research objects, the regional agricultural competitiveness evaluation index system that consisted of 5 primary indexes and 15 secondary indexes was constructed on the basis of combining the related worldwide literatures with the regional actual situations. Four common factors ( agricultural productivity, rural residents' living standard, agricultural scale, and agricultural structure) were extracted by using factor analysis, and the agricultural competitiveness of all cities (prefectures) was ranked. Based on the above 4 common factors, the agricultural competitiveness of 21 cities (prefectures) in Siehuan province was sorted by using systematic clustering analysis. According to the statistical data and the evaluated regional agricultural competitiveness in the year 2014, 21 cities (prefectures) in Siehuan province could be divided into 4 categories ; among them, Chengdu city had the best status of agricultural development, while Ganzi prefecture and Aba prefecture had the weakest agricultural competitiveness, which was consistent with the ranking results of factor analysis. Finally, a series of related measures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the agricultural competitiveness of Sichuan province.
