摘要
通过坐标转换与包络法得到圆柱凸轮侧向传动机构的齿廓曲面参数方程,利用MATLAB符号计算在齿廓方程求解过程中降低求解难度并分别绘制了圆柱凸轮轮廓曲线和曲面。通过导出圆柱凸轮轮廓曲线到Pro/E中借助软件的曲面混合编辑能力生成了圆柱凸轮三维模型并对其进行了实体化操作,导入ADMAS软件中进行了运动学仿真,验证了该传动机构的数学推导与建模方法的正确性与可行性。
Cylindrical CAM profile surface parameter equation was attained through the coordinate transformation and envelope method,solving difficulty was simplified and the cylindrical cam profile curve and hook face were respectively mapped using MATLAB symbolic computation in the process of tooth profile equation.Through MATLAB export cam contour curve to the Pro/E,with the help of Pro/E software surface editing ability,a three-dimensional model of cylindrical cam was generated and carried the materialization operation.Moreover,we imported it to the Adams software for kinematic simulation,which verified the validity and feasibility of the mathematical derivation and modeling method of the transmission mechanism.
