聚氧乙烯醚对水泥-蒙脱石浆体流动性的影响机理 被引量:2

摘要 利用XRD、IR、TG等测试手段,研究不同分子量PEG与蒙脱石的相互作用机理,同时探究不同掺量及不同分子量的PEG对蒙脱石-水泥-聚羧酸型减水剂浆体流动性的影响规律。XRD的分析显示,掺加PEG的蒙脱石层间距明显增大,且随PEG分子量的增大,蒙脱石的层间距增大,说明蒙脱石与不同分子量的PEG发生插层反应;红外谱图与热重曲线也说明PEG进入了蒙脱石的层间结构;流动性的分析表明,掺加PEG后,可大幅度降低蒙脱石对水泥-聚羧酸型减水剂浆体流动性的负面影响,且随PEG分子量的增大,PEG的作用效果越显著。由此可推断,PEG进入蒙脱石的层间结构,阻碍聚羧酸型减水剂侧链结构与蒙脱石的插层反应,降低聚羧酸型减水剂的无效吸附,增强聚羧酸型减水剂的抗泥能力。 In this study the interaction mechanisms between montmorillonite clay and polyethylene glycol (PEG), whose molecular weight are different, were explored using XRD, IR, and TG analyses, At the game time, we also explored how dosage and molecular weight of PEG admixture have the effect on the fluidity law of montmorillonite-cementpolyearboxylate superplastieizers(PCs) system. The results of XRD showed that d-spacing of montmorillonite increased obviously when absorbing PEG, and with the increasing of the molecule weight of PEG, the d-spacing of montmorillonite was enlarged, which showed that montmorillonite intercalated with PEG with different molecular weights. The analysis of IR and TG also showed that montmorillonite intercalated with PEG with different molecular weights. Liquidity analysis showed that addition of PEG can greatly reduce the negative impact that montmorillonite has on the liquidity of PCs system, the larger PEG molecular weight is, and the more obvious the effect of PEG is. From what the study shows above, when PEG enters the montmorillonite interlayer structure, intercalated reaction between montmorillonite and PCs will be blocked, which reduces the invalid adsorption to PCs and enhances the ability to resist mud of PCs.
