摘要
以大分子单体甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(MAAMPEA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸钠(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)共聚合成聚羧酸减水剂,对其合成工艺、减水剂的水化热-电性能及水泥混凝土性能进行研究。结果表明,当n(MAAMPEA400)∶n(MAA)=1∶3、AMPS的摩尔分数为10%、引发剂用量为单体质量的5%~7%、反应温度为80℃时,合成的共聚物减水剂有较好的分散性和分散保持性,能有效抑制水泥水化放热作用,延缓浆体结构形成,与国外同类产品性能接近。
Polyocarboxy acid water reducing agent was synthesized by copolymerization of macro-molecule monomer methytacrylic acid polyethylene glycol single armor ether ester (MAAMPEA),2-acrylic amide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid sodium (AMPS), and methylacrylic acid (MAA) .Study has been made on its synthesis process and on performance of water reducing agent hydration heat-electricity and cement concrete. The result indicates that when n (MAAMPEA400):n (MAA)=1:3,AMPS mole fraction is 10% ,the initiator amount is 5%-7% of monomer weight,when the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the synthesis copotymer water reducing agent has good dispersivity and disperser retentivity, and effectively suppress the cement hydration and exothermicity, delays the cement hydromass structure formation, which is close to the performance of overseas similar product.
