文中介绍了ZCW9-252智能隔离断路器中光学电流互感器的具体应用,对产品的结构、原理和试验情况作了详细分析。产品集成了磁光玻璃式和全光纤式两种光学电流互感器,由对应的采集单元统一上送给合并单元,在合并单元中进行数据对齐和组帧等处理,以IEC 61850 9-2标准数据格式输出。ZCW9-252智能隔离断路器中光学电流互感器的成功应用,体现了智能电网小型化、集成化、智能化的战略发展方向,可以在新一代智能变电站中推广应用。
Application of OCT in ZCW9-252 intelligent disconnector circuit-breaker is introduced, and the structure, principle and test of the circuit-breaker are analyzed. Magneto-optic glass current sensor and all-fiber current sensor are integrated into the circuit-breaker, and their data are transmitted to the merging unit by the collecting unit, where the data are processed in terms of alignment and frame organization and then outputted in the data format following IEC61850 9- 2 standard. The successful application of OCT in ZCW9-252 intelligent disconnector circuit-breaker embodies the strategic development trend of smart grid in miniaturization, integration, and intelligence. This intelligent disconnector circuit-breaker may be applicable to new generation intelligent substations.
