摘要
很多的固体环氧树脂绝缘件中使用了线膨胀率不相同的陶瓷、金属、硅橡胶、环氧树脂等材料,这些不同材料间界面粘接强度将会是影响绝缘件本体质量的重要要素之一。通过研究不同类型硅橡胶及表面处理方式等对硅胶与各种材料间界面粘结性能的影响,明确如何改善和提高固体环氧树脂绝缘件中不同材料间界面粘接性能,以期使固体环氧树脂绝缘件具有更高的机械、电气和热的性能,从而间接提高成套设备的整体性能。
Many solid epoxy insulating parts use materials with different linear expansion rates, such as ceramic, metal, silicone rubber and epoxy resin. The interfacial bonding strength between these different materials is one of the factors affecting the quality of the insulating parts themselves. By studying the effects of different types of silicone rubber and surface treatment on property of silicone rubber and interfacial adhesion between different materials, how to improve and enhance interface bonding properties between different material in solid epoxy insulating parts is researched in order to make solid epoxy insulating parts have a better mechanical, electrical and thermal performance, therefore the overall performance of the complete assembled equipment is improved.
