摘要
简单介绍了大型商用有限元软件ANSYS在电磁领域的使用 ,并以单线圈 2D变压器和双线圈 3D变压器的电磁过程为例加以说明 ,对线圈中每一线饼 ,甚至每一线匝在空载、常态和短路条件下的受力情况进行了全面分析。由于在短路条件下线匝之间挤压、悬空、反复振动 ,最终线圈可能受到整体损坏 ,因此 。
This paper introduces the application of software ANSYS with finite element method(FEM)to analyze the electromagnetic process of 2D transformer with single winding and 3D transformer with double winding. The forces of each pie and turn are analyzed fully under conditions of no load, normal and short circuit. Under the condition of short circuit there exists pushing, pressing, suspending and vibrating between pies or turns of windings, so the whole winding may damaged finally. Therefore, the analysed results by ANSYS can give a theoretical reference to fault diagnosis of power transformer.
