摘要
网络志愿服务在公共领域中发挥的作用日趋明显。本文基于当前的研究成果,分析档案部门网络志愿服务的内涵和可行性,探讨档案部门网络志愿服务实现路径,包括网络宣传、网络资源捕获、档案著录、档案编研和档案参考咨询服务五个方面,提出档案部门要建立健全参与平台,创造良好的网络志愿服务空间;建立长效激励机制,培养稳定的网络志愿者队伍;强化全程监管机制,规范网络志愿活动良性开展等策略,来保障档案部门网络志愿服务的实现。
The role of network volunteer service in the public domain is becoming more and more evident. Based on the current research results, analyze the connotation and feasibility of the network volunteer service in the archival department, and discuss the implementation path to carry out the network volunteer service in archival department, including network propaganda, network resource acquisition,archival description, archival complication and archival reference service, and propose that archival department should establish and improve platform to create a good service space for volunteer network,and establish long- term incentive mechanism to culture stable network volunteers, and strengthen the supervision mechanism of whole process to standardize the activities of network volunteer, in order to ensure the realization of the network volunteer service of archival department.
