摘要
冠状动脉微栓塞动物模型是研究冠脉微循环障碍病理生理机制及治疗的重要工具,按照建模手术入路可分为经典开胸法和改良介入导管法两类。本研究就这两类建模方法所获得动物模型在真实反映临床冠脉微栓塞病理、病理生理改变等方面特点进行综述评析。
The coronary microembolization ( CME)animal model is the main tool to study the physiopathologic mechanism of disturb -ance of coronary microcirculation.According to the operative approaches of building the models, all the models can be classified intothoracotomy and catheterization.The article reviews the character of different CME animal models reflecting pathology and patho -physiology.
