急性冠状动脉微栓塞动物模型的建立是冠状动脉微栓塞基础医学与临床研究的基础。现讨论急性冠状动脉微栓塞的动物模型的特点及制作方法,同时比较了各种模型的用途与优缺点。
The establishment of the animal model of acute coronary microembolization provided the foundation for coronary microembolization research.This article discusses the basic theory and practice for the use of an animal model in acute coronary microembolization,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of those models.
