动脉硬化检测对心血管高危因素的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨动脉硬化检测仪对心血管疾病的早期评估、预测作用.方法收集2012年6月-2014年2月在我院行动脉硬化检测的受试者386例,采用OMRONBPG203RPEⅢ动脉硬化检测装置测定其肱G踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及踝臂指数(ABI),并详细记录入组人员的年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸等情况.结果(1)baPWV异常组中吸烟、高血压病、糖尿病、高尿酸血症者比例高于baPWV正常组(P 〈0.05);ABI异常组中吸烟、糖尿病者比例高于ABI正常组(P 〈0.05).(2)与无危险因素组比较,同时罹患2个危险因素者baPWV增高(P 〈0.05),同时罹患3个或3个以上危险因素者baPWV 及ABI值均显著增高(P 〈0.01);与患有1个危险组比较,同时罹患2个危险因素者baPWV增高(P 〈0.05),同时罹患3个或3个以上危险因素者baPWV及ABI值均显著增高(P 〈0.01);与患有2个危险因素组比较,同时罹患3个或3个以上危险因素者baPWV 及ABI值均显著增高(P 〈0.01).结论(1)baPWV与ABI可以作为-种动脉硬化的早期筛查手段;(2)动脉管壁僵硬程度随着受试对象同时罹患危险因素数量的增加而增加.
