摘要
针对全局量化比较随机振动试验和仿真得到的功率谱密度(PSD)响应数据的问题,一方面分析试验数据与仿真数据的差别,通过对仿真数据进行以试验数据为蓝本的插值操作,使仿真数据与试验数据协调、可比;另一方面引入了全频段误差曲线和形态相似性系数2个量化指标,实现了仿真数据与试验数据的全局量化比较,形成了全局量化比较试验和仿真得到的PSD响应数据的方法。
In response to the problem of comparing PSD responsive data from random vibration simulation and tests with global quantitative method,the paper analyzes the difference between simulation data and test data.Interpolation operation is performed for the simulation data based on test data thus achieving coordination and comparability between test data and simulation data.Then the shape similarity factor and the full field error array are introduced as global quantitative indicators so the simulation data and test data can be compared globally and quantitatively.Furthermore,aglobal quantitative method is used to compare the random vibration test data with simulation data on the basis of the above two indicators.
