摘要
机载电子设备对抗冲击振动具有较高的要求,既要保证足够的结构强度,又要尽量降低设备的重量。利用solidworks建模软件建立结构系统模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对机载电子设备进行动力学仿真分析,得到模块的固有频率和振型。在此基础上对模块进行随机振动分析,得到模块的等效应力云图,以上述数据模型为基础,对机载电子设备结构设计进行优化。
The airborne electronic equipment has higher requirements against shock vibration to ensure the sufl]cient structural strength and reduce the equipment weight as possible. The structural system model is established by using solidworks modeling software and the dynamics simulation analysis of airborne electronic equipment is implemented by ANSYS finite element analysis software, in order to get the inherent frequency and vibration mode of module. On this basis, the random vibration analysis of module is carried out to get the equivalent stress nephogram of module. Based on the above-mentioned data models, the structural design of airborne electronic equipment is optimized.
