摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃肠外科手术患者的快速康复护理开展及效果分析,为临床中加速患者康复提供一种途径。方法对2014年12月~2015年12月我院接诊的80例腹腔镜胃肠外科手术患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法,随机均分为两组,对照组（40例）使用常规的外科护理方法;观察组（40例）在采取常规护理的同时,结合快速康复护理理念。总结两组患者的治疗效果（如肛门排气时间、可下床自由活动时间、生活可自理时间的长短）,并对比分析两组患者不良反应发生情况及发生率。结果观察组患者的肛门排气时间、可下床自由活动时间、生活可自理时间、住院时间都明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组总并发症发生例数1例,发生率为2.5%,对照组6例,发生率15.0%,观察组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.9139,P=0.0479）。结论快速康复护理理念护理腹腔镜胃肠外科手术患者的效果比常规外科护理方法更为显著,可缩短患者病痛时间,加速患者康复,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the development and effects of fast tract nursing in patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeries,and to provide a new method for accelerating the rehabilitation of patients.Methods 80 patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeries treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group（40 cases） were given routine nursing,while those in the observation group（40 cases） were additionally combined with fast tract nursing.The treatment effects（such as evacuation time,time of getting off bed for free activities and time of self-care） in both groups were analyzed,and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Evacuation time,time of getting off bed for free activities and time of self-care,hospital stays were all shorted in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was 1 case（2.5%） of complication in the observation group,while there were 6 cases（15.0%） in the control group,incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（χ2=3.9139,P=0.0479）.Conclusion Fast tract nursing can achieve more significant treatment effects than routine nursing in patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeries,shorten recovery time of patients and reduce incidence rate of complications,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
