多潘立酮在胃肠外科手术后用于治疗胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨多潘立酮在胃肠外科手术后用于治疗胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法本次实验以我院2010年1月至2011年1月所收治的80例胃肠功能障碍患者为实验对象,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,对照组患者接受常规的临床治疗,实验组患者使用多潘立酮进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者临床症状都有所缓解,其中,实验组患者在呕逆不止、便秘、呕吐和腹胀等临床症状的发生率改善方面都显著优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据对比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本次实验结果表明,应用多潘立酮治疗胃肠外科手术后胃肠功能障碍,能够迅速缓解患者的各项临床症状,治疗效果较为显著,具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
